This is the BIGGEST game to come out in years as far as I'm concerned..

no, you know bad habits die hard, I always said when I was poor and in college I would stop pirating software when I got a good job.

Oh well, once a pirate always a pirate argggh!!! matey!!

P.S. I do buy some games.... depends how lazy i am about dling it.

You shouldn't pirate it, you won't be able to do anything multiplayer-related..and WoW, eh. I had my fill of that during the beta. I really want to try EQ2.

my friend got it, i must say the graphics are out of this world. Hes got about a 2grand comp and it still has trouble runnin it smoothly but the game is really quite amazing.

I might just have to buy a radeo 96-9800 just for this game. I'm on intigrated 64 mb mobo graphic right now, lol.

I will probilby end up with a 9800 pro there $$$, but worth the money, my geforce fx 5700 (256mb) is on its last leg.

If you wanna spend some money on a good video card get an radeon x800 series, I have the x800 pro and it runs everything like amazing. The XT would be ideal, it bench marks signicantly above the pro.

Its installing!!!!!!muhahahahha and reserved my copy of WoW collectors edition!! oh snap!

I think its pretty weak that you have to have an internet connection to play the game, theres probably thousands of kids crying in there rooms right now because they can't play. Plus when I wanna play it down the road and steam is no more, I hope they release some kind of file to unlock the game without the internet.

It installed Im just waiting for the damn unlocking to hurry up!!!!!!!!!

I'm loving it so far, it's very intense, right from the beginning. And Barney, man his character is great!

It says right in the instructions, and after install before you can play it has to log onto steam and unlock the game. So you initially need the internet to play.

And ya man its wicked intense, those little spinning dudes that fly through the air are so cool! I love the physics and all the effects aswell.

I have t running high settings, 1024 resolution and AAx4, it looks awesome! Definately worth thw long long wait.

Also...the gravity gun. WOW! The gravity gun plus buzzsaws is an even bigger wow.

Dude I bought it today, installed it, it said I had to have an internet connection, it went through the same process as you guys go through unlocking the game files. I had to sit for like half an hour while it did this before I could play because the servers were so busy.

What I bought today is the exact same thing you guys got from steam.

I got the Silver edition, not sold in stores. Retail is either bone stock HL2 or that collectors edition
