Head comes complete with valves, springs and retainers.
ya just need cams and stem seals (15$)
It has a manually done P&P and polished valves (not professionally done, just made by me, but it worked just fine on my engine. >> )
If ya want I may include also a valve cover.

another 4ag guy. Gottal love it. Did you dyno with the 7a head? the cheapest parts I have found are on www.car-part.com. I know that really doesn't help you because you are in italy, but I thought I would throw it out there anyway. >>
