many of us have the common red 6th gen celica, and I was wondering peoples takes on what color wheels would look good on red. SO tell me what you guys think

I'm not usually a fan of colored wheels, I kinda prefer just gun-metal or silver. But coomer's black rims look pretty good. Course his car is yellow...so prolly dosen't help you.haha..Oh yeah..white dosen't too bad on red..But thats all I've seen.

i think regular silver or white will look good. i really dont think gunmetal or chrome will look good though.

You guys are all crazy. Gunmetal or black with a polished lip would look sweet on a red car. white rims = *thumbs down* in my own opinion but that's just me..it's your car..and up to you

white will look bad much faster than say... silver. Get silver. they are the best. I should know, mine are. >>

I'd say silver or maybe gold...

I was at a wheel and tyre center a week or two ago looking at rims and one of the salespersons took a gold 17" wheel out to my car and put it up next to it and it looked really good, alot better than I thought it would.

So, yeah, silver and gold.

well, I was kindof going with a red and black color scheme, but I still think the white rims look good, but they also look kindof plastic, still undecided >>

I like the red on white.
Just goes together for some reason.

Gunmetal would be another choice. I was gonna get a set of them to run around town on, but still haven't figured if i really want them.

I think colored wheels look cheap >> but thats my opinion >>

These would look amazing, as a matter of fact, I want them soooo bad. Also, black, with an outer red perimeter that wraps around the wheel. Those are the kinds that I want, and also, white looks good as a third runner up for me.

I want those TRD wheels so bad! Those things are sweet! I really like gunmetal or bronze rims on red cars.

I'd find pics of both in the members' rides section, but currently there's no search feature. >> So in the near future, I'll add a field to search for a specific color in the members' rides section. >>

i think that on a red car that black rims with a red lip would look pretty sweet and they wouldn't get dirty as fast as white rims
