i have a question for anyone whos looked at changing the stock exhaust backbox on a 1.8 st for a stainless steel motorcycle one....

question:

A friend has a ST, i have/had a cbr600, which due to a blind car driver is no longer rideable..we were lookin at the back box on his ST and the length looks about the same as my stainless scorpion race exhaust off the bike....

has anyone done the swop and put a bike exhaust on thir car?

i think you would just have to get under the car and see if they are bent the same, but if i had to guess if it would fit i would probably say no.

Anything will fit with enough moding, but why would you put a bike exhaust on a car?

had a look yesterday and with some new pipework it would fit....

as for why...why not, being different and individual makes u stand out in a crowd & when a nice stainless steel race exhaust can is going, surely its going to sound nice...

there is a mexi running around my area in a mazda with a bike exhaust on his car. looks really gay, kinda like a civic exhaust and has a very bad sound.

we tried it last night, kinda has a buzzing fart sound....yeah they will fit with some custom piping....but he had decided to buy a HKS super dragger i think it was...we is gonna fit it this weekend....anyone know what they sound like?
