i was wondering how much people built there 5sfte for.

and what turbo they used and if they have a ic.

also if they have dyno sheets hp an tq numbers would be awesome.

i spent ~$1600 so far for all my parts, thats including everything from turbo to fittings(fitting for oil supply that goes on head is 16 bucks) stuff adds up. and i also havent got exhaust job yet. but after that, it won't need anymore money invested(for awhile atleast) here's a basic list of stuff i got
CT26
Downpipe & blitz diffuser
exhaust manifold
Supra na 360cc injectors
walbro 255High Pressure supra tt fuel pump
mr2 2 bar map sensor (turbo pressure)
ngk spark plugs..still gotta get wires >>
Greddy type-s blow off valve
Safc II
Front mount IC, piping, and silicone couplings/clamps
fittings and hoses(oil tap, supply line, etc.)
Oil and coolant lines & gaskets(ordered from toyota--too expensive!)
Air/fuel gauge
boost gauge
boost controller
various gaskets

Anywhere from 1200 to 4000; depends how "right" you do it.

ive only have spend like 600 and i need like 300 more which is for the bov and interecooler....but i have my ways to get those cheap...mwahahah


and seriously off topic this is seriously getting out of hand...whats with all the noob questions that can easily be answered im not getting mad...but seriously its happend alot lately

hmmmm nice numbers. i think the 5sfte project is going to start soon. im thinking of going into debt a little and spring for the greddy e-manage. and tuning. anyone think this is a worthy investment?

worth it? Considering most these boosted guys cant push over 6psi (safely) and only run low 15s, NO. Honda's run low 15s. come on now

15's compared to what a stock celi would do. im guessing low 17's.

and if i felt like it later i could get forged internals. and go a little higher.

itchy, at 10psi, I bet you're right. But are you on a ct-26? And the 5s internals arent the strongest thing in the world.

Anyone here that's boosted (not a 3s) and been to the track?

I ran 16.4 in quarter mile and if i get low 15s, high 14s..i will be well satisfied with only spending $1600 for that much more power.as long as i can beat my brothers 97 prelude..i'll be happy >>

i dont guess anyone can point me in the direction of some specific information (i.e. specs) on the ct-26?

i dont know specs if you search the forums i know someone posted it..and if you want one cheap...ebay has em all the time..i got mine for 80 bucks
