i was wanting to upgrade my intake manifold and or if my stock throttle body didnt fit. get a new/better one.
and i couldnt find any so if anyone knows where i can find a high performance intake manifold and or a throttle body for a 5sfe engine.
also if theyre are not any or theyre hard to find can i just port my stock intake manifold?

nope there are none on the market you have to go custom
Yeah, you can just port the stock manifold..
I hear different things on wether the 3sgte intake manifolds will fit on a 5s.. the exhaust manifolds fit.. some people say yes, some people say no.
How bout the throttle body?? Anybody know if there is a larger one that we can swap from, ie. 3SGTE, camry, or supra??
Or is what can we do to the stock one? Thanks
chucho, you are probably better off porting your throttle body.
im pretty sure a lot of people are putting 22re throttle bodys on our cars. i think its like 4mm bigger. but as i understand it putting it on the intake manifold takes some coaxing. now what that mean i have no clue.

Im thinking about porting my throttle bottle alittle with a dremel. Anyone have this done? Any noticable difference? What about the intake plenum?

yea your 3sgte is cool but ill stick to my 7agte
hahaha...i have no clue why i wrote "bottle". Im just wondering if it would make any difference at all on these cars.
