Who here has 19 on their celica if so was their any fitment problems putting them on. I just ordered a set for my celica however the tire shop called and siad they recommend I dont go with 19 cause they wont fir. I know i have seen 19 on celica before but are their any major problems putting on 19 x 7.5's. I need feedback ASAP I gotta make moves today to get them in time for HIN.

I got 19's on. 19x8.5 both front and back. 225/35/19 fronts. 245/35/19 rears. TEIN's drop. 1.5" front drop / 1.0" rear drop. No problems turning or rubbing whatsoever.


EDIT: 225 on a 8.5 inch rim is a stretch... the 7.5 that you found is a great match

just make sure your shocks aren't bad cause you will rubb.. i know this first hand.. did it with my ST when i first had it..

Man, I remember sticking 18s to my buddies toyota echo. Major rubbing problems to this day. We had to roll the rear lip, and he lost use of the passenger seat. We tried to ride 4 in there, and couldn't do it. Too much rubbing. I dont like my 17 wun-guns. I keep looking at neepers. I was thinking 17 front 18 rear or if it fits, 18 front, 19 rear.
