The car is looking sweet. I can't wait for you to let me drive it. >wink.gif> I hope you're having fun boosting. >biggrin.gif>

Almost boosting,
David
Congrats. Who resconstructed your harness? How long did it take start to finish? How much did it cost total? I think thats all the questions >tongue.gif>

oh, Where is LB Gizzie, CA? (I can't figure out what it stands for)

Good job again, I envy you.
Congrats. How is she running?

QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
Awsome Ryu3x16. How long did it take for them to swap it in? Fill us in on what had to be done with Mikes harness. Your car looks beautiful by the way! As close to an authentic GT4 as we can get over here! >biggrin.gif> >biggrin.gif> >biggrin.gif>
thanks guys... I'm in long beach,ca...it took my about 3 weeks to drop the motor in...since i sucked with wires..i sent it out to mike...unfortunately it didnt work...so i towed it down to el prototype in azusa,ca... they did Kuya's swap... they saw the wires and was like "holy ****!...its that red tape again...mike, i presume?"..LOL anyways...i asked eric (el prototype's manager) what had to be done to the wires...he told that he had to take it apart and do it all over again...which was a bummer...anyways he charged me about 600 bucks..so..i would say it took me about 3 months to get the car up and running....now the cars running great...

New Toyota project coming soon...
you did good job ryu. but replace that intercooler with a fmic. your car ll be much more happy.
becouse bonnet of 3rd gen gt four does not takes air inside to that intercooler.
nice, that's one 1 sick Celi. reading threads like this makes me want to do the swap on the celi already.
Reconstruct Mike's harness? That's odd...mine was straight plug and play. Congrats on the swap though...welcome to the REAL world! MUAHAHAHA!
