ok, so my dad was driving my car today, and he told me the check engine light came on. when he got home, i went to check it out, and sure enough, the light was on. also, the car was idling at a little over 500 rpm. any idea what is wrong?????? thanks guys

thats low, but not that low, mine is like 750. dont know if that has anything to do with the check engine light though, mine has been on ever since i put it my air/fuel guage, and it runs fine. (well it did)
