about a month ago i sent belizecelica a money order for his driver's side fender that he had up for sale


than after a week or so after i sent the money order he sent an email saying the car was towed and there was no way to get any parts

i said thats fine.....so send back my money order

he replies to me in a PM saying "nah..i think i'll use it to buy beer"

i reply telling him to send me my money back or there will be problems

i have yet to receive any type of email or PM or my money.....it has now been 3 weeks since the beer PM

i just want my money back and an apology

same thing happened with me, i won an auction of a driver side fender from jpodstawa and never received anything....its been over 30 days and he doesnt reply to emails or pms

wow. we got a lot of problem sellers. it might be time to compile a list and put up a sticky. maybe see what kind of recourse there is for this kind of thing, we can't let these people get away with this.

do you have his first and last name? I had a problem seller then looked up his name in the phone book where he lived. Called a few places then finally got incotnact with him. He was shocked and he sent me his stuff asap

I do thnik that its really sad for people on this site to jip other people. We are all in a community and collectively trying to make our cars better. Its just sad... I do agree with the addresses. I think its going to have to be like that

i ordered gauges from him and I sent him the money and it took a little over a week til I heard anything from him then anohter 2 weeks to get the gauges, so I don't know if hes slow or what but good luck man
