This is a buyer beware if you are buying anything from nicksceli on this site. owes me $465
THE DEAL
here's the story. He had 4 16" rims from a 2000+ gts celica forsale and i agreed to buy them from him for $315 plus $100 for shipping. I sent him a money order for $315 then $100 the next day. I had a tracking number for each money order incase they got lost in the mail and wouldn't you know the $100 money order got lost. after talking to the post office and not knowing when they would find the money order i decieded to send another $100 and told nick to send a $100 money order back with the rims. He then received both $100 money orders on the same day (approx 2-3weeks after he received the $315 money order) and said he would ship the rims right away.
AFTER HE GOT MY MONEY
He told me that shipping was going to cost over $200 to ship the rims and he couldn't do it for the price we agreed so said he would refund my money. but the big problem is that he spent the money and had none to pay me back with. after 3 MONTHS of being VERY patient with him to this date i have only received $50 out of $515. I told him that he has until the 17th to get the rest or i will charge him with mail fraud but has since stopped any contact with me(wont email me or pick up his phone)
THE PROOF
I have lot's of proof that this happened and here's a list. Money order receits made out to him, tracking mailing service numbers to prove that he recieved the money orders, money order tracking to prove he was the one to cash them. I have a receit of him paying $50, i have 26 emails concerning our deal(alot of them even have reply's that went on for awhile before starting a new email), and 5 private messages concerning our deal
THE POINT
unless he happpens to get my money by the 17th (ALL $465 OF IT) i would not trust this person if you plan on buying anything from nicksceli

I have sent him 160$ March 17th for a bumper. Still havent received the bumper. He says that UPS would not take it because the package is too big. We will see what happens >> Im not too far from Pennsylvania

Tell him to do it FedEx, they'll definately take it.

I sent him a money order for $160 for the Z3 fenders. he didn't tell me he got the money, kept telling me that they would be sent out monday, then it was thursday or friday, then back to monday. I then went a couple days w/o replys from him. after 2 weeks he emailed me and told me that the fenders were sent that morning and he gave me a tracking #.

I go tthe fenders, but it took 2 weeks, AFTER he recieved payment, for me to get them.

He said the reason it took so long was because he sent it thru his G/F's work and her boss wouldn't let the package go thru.

Those are some of the worst made up excuses I've heard. Sounds like this guy needs a talkin to.

Well, glad to hear you got the fenders. I think he is trying but he seems really busy. I just hope i get what i paid for and hope everyone else does too.

Sorry about you situations fellas but the only person I have baught of is Phat_99CeliGT and he is the man to deal with totally awsome. It is ashame that there are people like that in this world. Karma will catch up with him soon enough. >>

you forgot about the 100 money order that was never cashed and was sent back to you as well as a $150 money order from me that for some odd reason never made it to you. maybe with your money order tracking you should check on that. the reason for selling the rims was i needed money and that is still an issue for me. as for not answering the phone thats because its my cell phone and the previous calls cost a pretty penny. i've told you that i am trying my best to get you your money but not everything works out the way i need it to. you will have you money by the date you said but i will not send money for a money order that was never cashed you can get your money back for those things. you can all say what you want but this crap comes second to keeping a roof over my head and food on the table. and you better edit your post and take my name and location out if you really want me to do anything about this. you can all flame me if you want but i really dont care what a bunch of people on the internet think of me.

there were two 100 dollar money orders one was cashed.

$200 to ship wheels? even w' tires on them it only cost's like $80-100 depending on where you ship to. that's not cool.

the shipping on my wheels was only $65 from Cali and i live in Miss this guy must be retarded.

the shipping distance was kinda far going from usa to canada and probably over 700miles

I use USPS money orders only, because its a federal felony to defraud anybody with them. Its a 10,000 fine and 5 years in prison for mail fraud. I had the problem with a ebayer that sent me a screwed up motor for my bike. I had to charge him with mail fraud and then I got a quick refund. I hope you guys can work out this problem. I hate to see celi vs celi fights when we all should be a team of info and tech, and new ideals.

Its a Shame, that people put tons of excuses instead of gettin there job done. I dont care how much it costs me, or if I go broke, I get the job done and I do it at the price I quoted. It would be nice to have a Rate a Buyer thing on here, but that is alot of extra work for coomer. I dont know about you guys, But If i ever hear any bad things about one person thats it, I dont even mess around. 200$ for shipping you gotta be kidding me, the Highest Ive ever seen is like 700$ and that was from Japan. When we've ordered some of our body kits ( HUGE BOX'S ) 175 ever at the most. There is even ways you can get around that, mail it to a business and they will useally cut the shipping by 30% percent or more.

DONT TAKE ON A JOB YOU CANT HANDLY.

Its Because people like you that we have Mail fraud services, and the BBB. Just making it harder for your "fellow" men and women todo there job. Pay up the man, and dont ever sell anything on here again.

I've dealt with him before without problems - I'm also in PA and I actually know where he lives. I sold him the lip kit he has on his car.

Chances are he's getting bad guidance. I had my rims shipped from CA to PA and it wasn't that expensive - **** put them on a pallet and truck them out for 60 bucks. It's slow - but they will get there.

Cmon Nick be righteous, send them their cash!

UPDATE: Nick still owes around $300 and after numerous pm's he won't reply. I even offered him to pay me back half of what he owes me so that he'd only be ripping me off $150 but still no replys. So this goes out to other people who are thinking of buying anything from NICKSCELI he ripped me off and he could easly rip you off too
