ya know how you can select if the air comes in from outside or just uses the air that is inside the car? Well, when you are gonna defrost then make sure the air is coming from the outside. It'll work great. And let your car warm up a few minutes. That always helps to. Just as long as the engine temp is past the cold line. (toward the middle not towards the bottom)

mine works great cause i replaced my rear window last year after i broke it putting the roof down.
i always start my car up 10 minutes before i leave for school cuz i have an Aluminum MOMO shift knob and that bitch is cold in the morning , i have shifted with my pointer finger before, cant bare the cold lol >
