i was going like 5 mph in a PARKING lot and outta nowhere this car comes and we collide while i attempt to turn...a little fender damage but nothing really serious....very minor damage....then the person has the nerve to remain in her car with the doors locked crying while she called the cops and the ambulance making a big scene. me and my friends who were in the car just stood in front of her car for the whole time and in our heads i was thinking to myself, uhh a little bump and shes dying? the fire trucks/3 cops/ambulance eventually come and she tells them she cant feel her shoulders or her fingers? and then she gets carried away in a stretcher >> and i didnt even get a single word from her. i did however get her all her info from her brother who came later. i have a question, if they didnt provide any proof of insurance what should i do? this overexaggerated situation seems really shady right now.

Damn... i think you're in trouble... I dont wanna sound like a prick, but yeah something sounds shady. Becareful. You said that you had friends with you so thats good WITNESSES! Make sure all of you have your stories straight. Anyway good luck.

damn dude bitch's like that make car insurance premiums go up. she'll probably complain of back pain and neck pain and failure to provide insurance at the scene is against the law. amazing how the cops there didnt get her information for you.

i'm sure the cops got all her infor if they got your.. just get a copy of the police report. if you told them what happened at the there when it happend and then back it up later on you'll come out looking good..

i just filed the claim, hopefully something gets settled cuz i dont want to end up paying for medical bills/ambulance charges...on a good note, i think im gettin the combat front

I hate when people try to do that. Just try to get some more witnesses if you can that can say that she hit you, because otherwise she'll get a lotta money if she can claim that you hurt her when you hit her. Make sure its she hit you and hurt herself.
