Topic #1079 9 posts Started by t96f
OK I already have springs and struts. But what else can i do to eliminate body roll.. theres hardly any now but I want as little as possible.. Thinkin about polyurathane bushings,, what do you think,, and is there a rear brace available for our car?? Have a front (stck) gonna beef it up.. Fanx
RS*R rear brace and Suspension Techniques Anti-Sway Bars.
That should fix it!
Take off the suspension and put iron bars in instead >biggrin.gif> >biggrin.gif> (sorry)

Err.....chamber the tires and put stiffer springs in. Wider tyres too while you're there.
front and rear strut tower bars, and front and rear sway bars. i would not mess w/ camber, as that will wear your tires if you mess w/ it too much...that would be more for a racing application. seeing as how you already have springs, i can't suggest the ground control coilovers, they are quite nice...so, just check out the parts guide on the home-page of this site, and check out the sway bars and strut tower bars. >wink.gif>

What's the difference between tower bars and sway bars?

What's the difference between tower bars and sway bars?

The Strut tower bars go inside the engine bay and hatch area, and the sway bars go beneath the car. Performance-wise, I know they both help increase stiffness and decrease body roll, but I'm not sure exactly what each one does.

New Toyota project coming soon...
Anyone use poly urethane bushings?? did they help ?? what do we think??
