As with all corolla headers they will fit, but most likely from everything i've heard is you'll need to take it to an exhaust shop for tiny modification
It will fit with some modifications.
You'll have to take it to an exhaust shop and have them lengthen the pipe and modify the bracket slightly.
You may have to extend the wiring of the sensor as well.
I believe there is a "How-To" article on this.
