ha, you won't get it for cheap... an st205 clip will run you close to 5 grand. if you want a cheap 3sgte get a 2nd gen 3sgte clip (ST 185 90-93) from venus-auto.com ... i would recommend that engine anywya, it has just as much potential as the st205, and you won't have to order parts from japan when something breaks.
