you should notice a gain. im not sure how much but by port and polish and adding a bigger cam you def will notice it. theres alot of parts that you will need to swap over. like

The newer 5s from what ive read dont have the same water jackets but nothing that some grinding cant take care of. A 90 to 91 block is optimum...
