toyota could not get the pin.. they wanted me to order the whole camshaft for 280 dollars

where can i buy a knock pin for my 7afe ? its the pin that alighs the camshaft gear to the cams without it the engine spins over but it doesnt turn the cams

all i know was the ground wire from the intake manifold that ran stright to the passenger side fender got hot and burned the plastic off the wire
