umm 2nd PB Blaster.. if worse comes to worse grind off the bolts like he said. you may also want to consider replacing your gasgets, and definatly replace your exhaust manifold gasket.

I see you haven't replied yet. so I would check your reservoir bucket and make sure nothing is leaking from there. and also double check the tightness of all your clamps. Sometimes sitting for a while...

i think im gonna keep it as a toy to work on. i mean its pretty much the same engine as a 165 just overheats easily. and thorottle bodys a bit smaller. all of that can be fixed.
