Hey guys i am changing out my exhaust manifold and notice that my cad converter has a hole in it about 2" round why is this? Is this normal?

I have got my celica started and when I shut it off the coil went bad. This the fourth coil in three years can antone give me ant pointers

ok guys that was it my resistor is bad. So I changed it started it up and the coil went bad ? this is the fourth coil in three years ant one know why they would go bad so often

that was not it I bypassed the clutch switch
also it keeps popping the am2 fuse

So I got in my car to leave and I pushed the clutch in and hit the switch and it turned over a few times and stopped .But it still has power . Where do I go
