thanks for the advice, had quote for new shocks fitted for £500.
Looks like i'll have to fit myself.
I was hoping to find another vehicle which had same shocks that i might be able to source for a bet...

I have a SR with the original Momo alloys, they're fitted with 205/55 x16 tyres but i've read elsewhere they should be 205/50 x16 tyres.
