all right, after some more searching I think I have found my replacements. found a pair of new ones for 150 and they're here in Cali, so no shipping. Thanx for everyones help!

Darn, i found a set of '90 seats for cheap, but i can tell from looking at the pics they have a different bolt pattern than mine. I wonder if i can add a bracket or two and make them work???

So I sat in my poor little beat up 94 Celica today and broke the drivers seat.
And yes I mean BROKE (metal fatigue!) This car has been wrecked (not by me) and generally abused by its previous 50 owner...
