If you are going to get a CAI, buy the one for a 90-93 Accord its fits perfectly (well you have to make one cut, but thats all). The topic about it is :

I dunno but to be honest the same thing happened to me like 2 days ago.. saw 2 GT-4s and a GT-S within like a 10 minutes drive it was really wierd... I've never seen a GT-4 in my city before haha

Welcome to the site!! From what I've heard, taking your car to an exhaust shop and just having something custom made is the best way to go. As far as headers, I have no idea
