When you mean the belt breaks off you mean the belt slips off the pully or it actually breaks/snaps apart ?? Their are places that sell 5sfe belts w/o AC I can't remember which store I think it's auto...

Hey all, I'm having a bit of a problem lining up the u notch on the cam pully every time I set the crank to 0btdc and adjust the cam pully so it align with the "u" notch after taking the tension pully...
