They WERE 14mm. They have already been rethreaded to 17mm and I did do it with the tranny in the car. Didn't even have to unhook anything other than the 2 bolts left holding the mount in. No big deal ...

wrong answer
front mount on the transmission
two bolts go into the case
they got torn out
zero threads left in the bottom hole
this did happen shortly after I had a clutch put in though

well mine are 17mm now... I somehow managed to yank them both out of the case... had to rethread for new bolts... what the **** was I doing that caused that? million dollar question...
