Do I have to re-do the entire wiring for these lights or do I just need to splice the factory harness and tap into the headlight that way?? Thanks

Yeah its a lil cold here but its off and on between cold and warm. I guess its high possibility that its the battery so that's what I'll try thanks.

I just put a new starter on my current 94 celica st. Sometimes when I try to start it, it will just sounds like a clicking sound. Other times it completely shuts off all power to the car, no lights ...
