bad alternator? most likely..
i also had the same problem before but mine was running rich and it idle's up and down! and lots lots of black smoke!
i swapped my engine to a newer one and its just one ...

sounds like wet sparkplugs!
look at them inspect em if theres any oil.. or maybe water on that!
try to use some Gas Add ons! try using Octane fuel.. that should dry it up if theres water in there..
