the civic bumper isnt wide enough, has to get cut and extended a couple of inches. that guy from the UK put a Mugen lip on his gt4 said he had to get it cut and extended

the tape is only there to make a mold. look at 8, its fiberglass,9 is the filler over the glass.

you can get the tape from pepboys, look in the phone book for body shop supplies and ask them if they carry body fillers and fiberglass filers. Evercoat is a good name.

go buy some metal tape, use a peice to cover the whole area, push the tape in the hole after you layed it flat over the hole. get some fberglass.dyna-glass or what evers, sand 80 grit, put some body f...

fiberglass is easy to use , tip* spray wd-40 on ya gloves so the fiberglass dont stick to them
