Check the plugs behind the door panel. You might have forgot to plug something back in. Also double check the three interior plugs next to the ECU

Hunt down a 5psd ST in a local junk yard. Which is a hard car to find. Or put up a WTB here for ST manual parts. ST to 3S swappers should have some.

You might need Manual axles. With the 7afe I'm not sure if they are the same or not. If you car has ABS, you'll need ABS axles to have it work properly

My car came from Toyota with the wood grain. I'm not sure about the quality of the EBay kits.

I held the cluster over the wheel.
The front of the cluster was facing the windshield
The entire unit was upside down
I was looking at the back side of the cluster up...

That 3000 is in my spot.
And you did a nice job cleaning that MR2 up. The paint on the celica is jaw dropping in person. Pictures do not do it justice.
