i just bought one of those last week and got it it fits just not OEM if you look real close to the fine print it says TRD

unfortunately no. only 94-96 fit it right. but i guess the holes will line up with the 96-99 models but i think it would look quite wierd.

94 celica's USDM DID NOT HAVE FOGS soooo they will fit but you have to wire them yourself. they fit on the bumper like this (my old ones)

so you paint it with that? looks good my try sanding some of the scratches in my interior plastics and doing this but with a rag and just wiping it on.
