prolly need to clean ur Egr valve...i had the same problem a few weeks ago...cleaned it and runs fine...check tho hole in the manifold where the egr bolts in make sure its not clogged.

if dust is blowin out then u should get ur heater/drier checked...there is a filter inside to that is supposed to keep moisture and debree out...and tha liquid u r talkin abt. is called refrigerant......

it moves more air when u go from a large diameter to a smaller one...but there r boundaries...like say from 3 to 1" but u would get more power from wat u wantin to do than say 2.5 tha whole way.
