GotToyota, it is $136 EACH SIDE just for the bracket+hardware. Go used.
This is of course, assuming you don't have the socket, harness, etc.

Honestly unless you want to pay $250+ for just the brackets and all of the hardware (not including the actual foglamps!!), your best bet is to go used. Either on here or an Auto Salvage Yard. I'll try...

The brackets can be put on with the bumper on or off, but it's much easier to install them with it off.

Assuming they were all DVC 4 ohm subs (which i think is the only option the W6v2 comes in), you could wire all subs in series which would make it a 2.7ohm load at the amp.
