got my mirror this far:
worm gear is firmly attatched to the motor and the other blue gear is spinng fine, any other suggestions at this point?

wired mine up today and the drivers side opens and closes perfectly. My pass. side opens perfectly but on the close cyle it get stuck. i hear a clicking sound like its the plastic gear thats slipping....
