its just like drocay said, if you do it at 128 or above, your listenting to it at cd quality. but most mp3 players, in order to hold as many songs as advertized, you have to have it play at 64 bps.......

well, if theyre putting 20's on, theyre into looks, and they wont want stock brakes showing through such large tires....at least i wouldnt, so i think most of the people would upgrade them as well....

its either the mounts for axles...if the tire is out of balance, it would still shake when its coasting. my bet is the axles personally....just replaced mine a month ago.
