Leave the car in 3rd gear and push it, you will soon find out if it's seized or not. Might just be a Jammed up starter motor. Some movement might just free up what's stuck.

The GT4OC sells fibreglass copies. Possibly available at Lewis Rallysport too. They are the only places. Or you can go for the similar DTM style mirrors which you can get all over the place.
