Are the actual hoses themselves splitting or are the leaking where they are clamped? If the latter, renew the spring clamps if you haven't already done so.

You need to remove the driver's side cover.
That is assuming that it is the same as the turbo motor. Otherwise it'll be on the front of the block. Note the silver round unit below. Gen I and II motors...
