There are kits you can buy to remove stratches from headlights. Or, take it to a auto glass or auto body shop. They should be able to fix the light and take out the scratch.

yep, you can still get them from your dealer. The embroided emblem comes in silver or ivory depending on your interior color. Cant go wrong with a brand new set of factory mats!
