1. turn the trebel up all the way (bring out vocals) and
2. turn the amp down, i dont know if there is a knob on the amp b...

Mine is NOT lowered and i have trouble hitting....well not like on speedbumbs or ne thing on the road, just driveways and parking lots, i think i have like 4-5 inches gap with an invader bumper
