I got all four rotors and full pad set for 189 at brakeplanet.com. there shipping took a little longer but the rotors come with a lifetime warranty against cracking. had em on for about two months now...

IMHO A stage 2 clutch on an st motor would make it incredibly difficult to drive. If anything go for a stage one street setup. Both Excedy and Spec are good but also look into Luk and Act.
