I think it is discontinued, so those might be the only two sites that you can get it from, not sure tho. Even so I dont think $450 is a bad price compared to other exhaust systems.

It depends on how big the dents are, but if they are small enough you could use that body filler becuase sometimes they are too small to use any kind of dent remover on.
