Lowering springs does in fact affect wheel bearing. When car is lowered... It changes the camber. Depending how much you lower your car affects the amount of camber differences. With that being said.....

Very important!!!
Remember to treat that seal with a lot of care! It can be broken very easy! When installing, i suggest using a 2x4 wood and use that to slowly tap in the seal.

I would replace the axle seal on the transmission. Its only a couple bucks and very easy to do.

Just up the size on the tubing.
Take your stock exhaust and cut it open. Cut out the piping inside.
Weld in bigger piping. Weld shut muffler.

What kind of noise? Is it oem clutch?
By the sounds of it right now.... I would guess it wasnt torqued down properly. Either that or the flywheel needs to be resurfaced
