I dont have a line in my center console. To see if its broken take the lid off. There is a couple of screws where the hinge. The lid is made up of 2 pieces just unscrew them apart and look underneath.

I think the seats are pretty much universal but the hard part is to get the sliders that fit the seat and fit the same bolt pattern for the Celica.
