i think it should be okay because last year i had mines exactly like that until a few months ago when i had to remove the bumper to put in my projectors on...and then i put all the necessary bolts/scr...

i believe that just the muffler is okay as long as you have a silencer on(correct me if i'm wrong)...for the catalyctic conveter pretty much as long as you have one it should still pass emission...i h...

i have a k&n and there's really no difference...probly very minimal and can't tell any difference

270-320 miles per tank...the most was 340 miles doubt that i'll get that again...
