Blue LED dome looks super clean. Ask o0black0o - we did his with only 3 LEDs and its soooo much brighter than my red one which has 9 LEDs in it. Red sucks to mod with but it looks so clean IMO.

It'd be fine to take it off the dimmer or radio fuse something like that but if you are already getting an aftermarket radio it would be easiest to do all of the instal at once. Your car - your choice...
