No...not the relay problem...finally i found out the wire was burned and was disconnected.....so just replace the wire.....anyway thanks for everything....

I'm not sure, is this the defogger relay problem or not? cos i pull it out and check it with the fuse tester, seems one set of the teminals not continuity...so i'll try to replace a new defogger relay...
