It will mess up your aligmnet, but so will lowering the car. It wont really damage anything, your ride will just be really crappy.

nope, nothing on the interior. All that is salvageable is the front clip. Fenders, hood, engine.

The turbo has a wastegate on it which, if working properly, should control the boost. You could also buy a MBC to control it.
