ST202 carries 3SGE engine (or beams for the 4th gen), you can fit a 202 motor in the 204 no problem, the 202 tranny should work just fine. The only mod I can think of is the wiring.

You will need everything from the 5sfe meaning the compressor also, just swap the 3S with the 5S and you should be fine. Regas and done. I havent finish the swap on mine but Ive got everything bolted ...
