I read through a post or sticky somewhere that there isn't really a difference between a stock performance air filter and a air intake. The difference is very minimal... unless its a cold air intake.....

Well, since all this talk about rpm..
My car get's to 4000 rpm at about 80mph in fifth gear. Is that suppose to not be normal?
Everything is stock.. I have never done anything to it at all.....
