Clean the connectors and battery poles, then add some batterygrease to the poles.

Stick a amperemeter between the battery pole and the battery cable. Then you start pulling fuses. If the current drops when you pull a fuse, then you know what circuit it is.

The EBC man found the right pads for me,
though it wasn't for a Celica at all. Can't remember what he said, but they were for a different Toyota. Oh well.
