That's a 3s-ge with 175hp, so no GT4! He's from Germany. The front spoiler is for every 6gc, I also have it on my Celi. Price is about 220$.
He has NOZ, so the car has about 200hp

So the Front Lip is:

I don't think that it will be a problem to get it in the States. The JDM tail light are from Japan und you get them...
